Foundation Repair

Push Pier – Foundation Piering Repair System

Our Push Pier System permanently stabilizes your crawlspace’s foundation and offers the best opportunity to lift your home back to level without the expense and disruption of a full foundation replacement.  Rugged steel tube sections are hydraulically driven through heavy-duty steel foundation brackets to reach the depths of competent load-bearing strata.  The weight of your home is then carefully transferred from the original, unstable soils, through the piers, to the competent soil or bedrock.  This ensures no further foundation settlement will occur and also provides the best opportunity to lift your home back to its level position.

  • Can be installed year-round.
  • Piers reach greater depths than any other option.
  • Long life span – galvanized steel is resistant to corrosion
  • Can lift your foundation back to its original level (in some cases)
  • Below-grade solution – won’t be visible after installation
  • Does not require the use of heavy equipment
  • Restores property value

Four Steps to a Safe & Stable Foundation

The Crawlspace Company’s Push Pier Systems can be installed in either interior or exterior locations.  Each Push Pier System provides a two-stage system of driving the manufacturer piers to a tested and verified bearing stratum the, using hydraulics, recovers lost elevation bringing the structure (if possible) to the desired elevation.  TCC Push Piers stops settlement and provides foundation lift.  They can close cracks in masonry and restore other flaws such as separations at doors and window frames caused by the settlement.  Specific information involving the original structural design, current foundation condition, soil characteristics, and site survey must be considered for the final repair plan.  Contact the experienced foundation repair professionals at the Crawlspace Company to restore your crawlspace foundation.
